Creation & Distribution
Why Creation & Distribution?
We take the pressure off you when quality, timelines, and outcomes really matter. Trusted by ambitious brands, in-house communications teams, and organisations with complex delivery needs.
On location or from our 16,000 sq ft studio, Shooting Reels delivers everything from one-off projects to fully managed, ongoing content series.
Creative doesn’t succeed because it looks good, it succeeds because it’s planned, produced, and distributed with intent. We approach creation and distribution as a single system, ensuring content is built to be used, reused, and seen in the right places.

Single Campaigns
For important moments that need to land properly.
Single campaigns are ideal for launches, recruitment drives, awareness campaigns, or high-visibility projects. We bring together strategy, production, and distribution-ready delivery to ensure content is produced efficiently, and it performs where it matters.
Content Programmes
Strategically planned, consistent content designed to build brand equity over time.
Delivered as retained or phased engagements, with distribution and performance support where appropriate.
Content Programmes are built to create momentum, familiarity, and trust through regular, purposeful output. We support teams with structured, repeatable content delivery, from series-based video to ongoing photography and platform-ready assets.
Bespoke Projects
For work that doesn’t fit neatly into a single box.
We regularly deliver bespoke projects that combine multiple formats, stakeholders, or phases often blending production, distribution, training, and infrastructure. These projects are designed, scoped, and managed around your organisation’s specific needs.
If it doesn’t fit a template, we design one that does.

These capabilities are brought together based on what you need; not forced into a fixed package.
When this is right for you
Creation & Distribution is a good fit if:
- you need specialist production support for a campaign, launch, or high-stakes moment
- your internal team needs extra capacity or senior delivery support
- you want content that’s ready for distribution, not just finished
- timelines, quality, and stakeholder confidence really matter
- you need someone to own delivery end-to-end and reduce risk
It may not be the right fit if you’re only looking for low-cost or volume content without strategy or distribution support.
Every project is planned with intent; considering audience, channels, and use from the outset. So content doesn’t lose momentum between idea and delivery.
FAQs
What kinds of content projects do you work on?
We deliver single campaigns, structured content programmes, and bespoke or multi-phase engagements. All planned, produced, and distributed with strategy and intent. Projects are scoped to your objectives, audience, and channels.
How does Creation & Distribution differ from standalone production?
Production is one part of what we do. Creation & Distribution integrates strategic planning, creative execution, and purposeful rollout. So content is designed to be used, reused, and effective across platforms and audiences.
Can you work with our internal team?
Yes. We adapt to your needs, whether that means supporting specific phases, collaborating with in-house teams, or taking end-to-end ownership. We also offer training to boost internal capability.
Who owns strategy and planning?
We work with you to define content strategy upfront. That includes audience intent, messaging, channel planning, and formats. Strategy is embedded at the start, not added at the end.
Do you only produce video?
No, we work across multiple formats including video, photography and stills, animation and podcasting, and audio. All formats are planned with distribution and reuse in mind.
Can you help with distribution and performance insight?
Yes. We offer distribution planning and performance support to help content land in the right places and formats. This can include format optimisation, delivery strategy, and insight into how assets perform across channels.
How long does a typical project take?
Timelines vary depending on complexity, scope, and approvals. After the brief is confirmed, we’ll provide an estimated schedule. Ongoing content programmes can be phased or scheduled regularly based on your needs.
How do you manage assets and data security?
We follow secure, industry-standard workflows for capture, storage, backup, and delivery. This includes secure file transfer, archive management, and data protection aligned with organisational or regulatory requirements.
Can you help with platforms like social, paid media, or internal comms?
Yes, we plan content with platform intent in mind. We ensure assets are formatted and structured for the channels and audiences that matter to you.
How do you price your services?
We do have packages available however most projects are scoped on a case-by-case basis. We can work on retained, phased, or standalone engagements depending on your goals, timelines, and budget. We’re transparent about costs and deliverables from the outset.
What’s included in the process?
Our process covers briefing, planning, production, post-production, and delivery. Distribution planning and activation support are integrated where appropriate.
Do you provide metrics or performance reporting?
We support insight into content performance when distribution or optimisation support is part of the scope. We don’t promise specific results, but we help you understand how content is being used and where it is performing best.
Can you work internationally?
Yes and we regularly deliver projects on location or remotely for organisations at various scales. From sourcing and hiring crews in Australia to our in-house team shooting at the World Food Championships in America; our job is to make it happen for you.
What happens if our brief changes mid-project?
We build scope and governance into every project. If the brief evolves, we work with you to manage timelines, costs, and expectations.
Do you offer training as part of delivery?
Yes, we can combine creation with training so internal teams leave with skills, not just assets.
